App will not run and I cannot get any response from customer Support.

The only reason I give one star is that it is impossible to submit a rating with zero stars.

When I try to run this app I get a flash screen for one second before it disappears. I have tried to reinstall the app several
Times on my iPad to no avail. I am very disappointed to have wasted my money on this app and more disappointed that the developer ignores my pleas for help.
